BE. Macarons launched in April 2019, immediately after giving birth to my baby boy. I fell in love with Macarons back in 2011, when I was living in London to get my MBA. I thought they were the perfect bite, not too sweet, but just right. I've always been a creator and had a passion for cooking, and it wasn't until the end of 2018, when I thought I'd give baking a try. Months later and here we are!
BE. Macarons specializes in traditional French macarons, but we have a passion for all things sweet + quant. All of our products are homemade and made-to-order using only premium ingredients. At BE. Macarons we want to provide an excellent shopping experience, as our clients' satisfaction is priority. We have only been operating for a few months, but, we have managed to build a reputable establishment online. We are growing fast and aiming to be much bigger.
What are Macarons?
French macarons are sweet meringue-based cookies made with egg whites, almond flour, powdered sugar and granulated sugar. They are traditionally crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and filled with buttercream, jam, curd or ganache.
